Rosemary Hayes has been an important part of the Visionary Optics team for 14 years. Rosemary is grateful and proud to be part of an amazing team that makes a difference in other people’s lives. She has a background in management and has worn many hats within the company since 2008. Rosemary is currently serving as the General Manager and Quality Assurance lead.
Scleral lens consultants play an essential role in this fitting process; as trained experts in scleral lens design and manufacturing, they bridge the gap between the clinic and the fabrication of customized scleral lenses. Consultants also help design and troubleshoot scleral lens fits to achieve maximum comfort and vision for patients while minimizing the overall chair time.
Kathleen England has been a noteworthy part of the Visionary Optics team for nearly five years. Currently serving as the Product Manager for both Visionary Optics and VibrantVue®, she has worn many hats within the company since 2017.
Eric Marshall is the VP of Manufacturing and Lead Consultant at Visionary Optics. He has worked with scleral lenses for more than 21 years and brings immeasurable experience in technology, design, manufacturing, and customer care to the Visionary Optics team.

Meet Belinda Priest, a consultant who has been transforming patients’ lives with the Visionary Optics team for seven years. Belinda has worked with eye care patients since she was a teenager and started learning about eye exams, lens fittings, and other aspects of patient care at 16 years old.
