Whether it’s due to fitting difficulties, loss of interest, or financial constraints, sometimes patients are unable to continue on in the scleral lens fitting process and decide to cancel altogether. These things happen, but it’s okay! In cases like this where a fitting needs to be discontinued, we accept patient order cancellations with a full refund applied to your account within the warranty period.

Patient Order Cancellations must be submitted within the original 90-day warranty date with all lenses in the warranty period returned to our lab for 100% credit (excluding shipping charges). Cancellations received outside of the original warranty date will not be accepted for credit.

The following must be submitted to receive a credit:

  1. All lenses ordered within the current warranty that is being cancelled.
  2. The completed Patient Order Cancellation form (below), submitted electronically with a physical copy included with the lenses being returned.
